Custom or Original Artworks:

Customers may request a return if the artwork arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the agreed-upon description.
Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and a description of the issue.
The Company will assess the request and may authorize a return or partial refund at its discretion.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
General Purchases of Artworks (non-custom):
Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition.
Personalized, custom, or made-to-order artworks are excluded from the general right of withdrawal.
