Return & Refund Policy
All artworks are sold as original or custom-made creations. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final, and cancellations or returns are only accepted under limited circumstances.
Customers may request a return or refund if the artwork arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the agreed-upon description.
Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include:
Clear photographic evidence of the issue
A written description of the problem
The Company will review each request and, at its discretion, may approve a return, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Artworks that show signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for a refund.
Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the artwork is damaged or incorrect, in which case the Company will cover return shipping costs.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of original artwork and are not considered defects.
For international orders, shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
